Returns & exchanges
- at House 8810 we ask that any merchandise
purchased that you would like to return needs to
be returned within 30 days of purchase.
- please email us at or
call to obtain a Return
Merchandise Authorization for all returns or
exchanges.
- any refunds you are owed are issued back to the
original credit card used for payment.
- all items for return or exchange must be in
good condition and must include original product
packaging.
- you will be responsible for shipping the items
back to us at your expense on all returns and
exchanges, UNLESS the items you received were
mis-shipped or damaged.
